Hello, Blog friends..The weather is getting cooler.. and fall is in the air.. and this time of year gets me in the mood to decorate, and try new things.. So I decided to try learning how to knit.. and to my surprise I pick up on it really fast, and I am loving it so much.. Can't wait to try making some pot holders, and dish cloths.. Right now i'm just learning the stitches and the feel of knitting..

Hello, Again.. Here is my second post for the day.. I would like to share with you one of the things I will start doing to save Energy. By making tea using Solar power.. Mom has always done this while growing up.. I see aot of things people are doing to save energy and to help the earth, that we did when I was growing up..Because we were poor.. We didn't know we were helping Mother Nature, or actually living a better life..LOL We did it because that was a way of life for us.. Here are a few things that you can do save Money and Energy and help the earth.. Use Baking Soda for tooth Paste.. Make your own Laundry detergent.. Use Cloth diapers, Use rags for menstrual Cycles, instead of pads and Tampons.. Vinger and Water for cleaning..Carry around your travel mug for drinking water.. instead of buying bottle water... Buy fruit and veggies from Farmer Markets. and buy your milk from local Dairy farms.. Raise your own Chickens for eggs.. Make your own bathing soap or buy it from someone who makes its local.. Use wash rags to bath with instead of bath puffs.. Look on-line to make your own body and face scrubs from things out of your kitchen..These are just some..There are more..Talk to people and get on line.. You can find different and more healthy way of living.. Have a bless life..

Hello, Dear friends.. It has been really busy around.. I have been busy caring for the kids I babysit.. But today i only have one, and she is sound to sleep.. So while she is sleeping I decided to sit and leave a post for today.. I will try to leave two.. I want to share with you about a dear furry friend of mine who has passed on to Doggy heaven.. It was alittle over a month ago I had lost my friend Pete.. Some of you remember him.. He was a very sweet dog to me and my family, and some outsider.. He didn't like certain people.. I often wonder if it's because he knew something I didn't know.. (Animals are very smart in knowing things that we don't know and see about people..) The first sign of Pete sickness was showing less activity.. He was a very active Dog.. Every time I go out to see him.. He would get so excited..Jumping all over me, pawing and biting me.. He was a very playful dog.. love to play fetch.. So one day I notices.. Pete wasn't all in my face, jumping around when I go out to see him..( Yes he was still happy to see me) He was acting more like an old dog with arthilics or something. and I also notices he wasn't eating his food.. Didn't worry to much about it at first.. Because the weather has been really hot.. So I was thinking maybe he's to hot to eat..And I continue to watch him to see how he acted day by day.. So I started feeding him in the evening. Still wouldn't eat.. I knew something was up...So one night I was busy in the house getting things done before getting ready for the night.. I told my husband I'm going out to check on Pete.. I felt in my spirit something wasn't right.. And Pete was always in his bed at night.. I went out and he was laying on the ground.. I called him before going out.. because in my mind, I though he was dead.. I was scared..I walked to him.. still he didn't get up.. I bent down to pat him, and than he raised his head.. I knew right than he was sick.. His mouth was dirty.. I told him you are staying in the house.. Brought him in the house.. Gave him a bath.. and made him a bed on the floor, on my side of the bed.. He stayed in the house for about a week.. still not much improvement.. He did eat a little at still not enough to keep him well.. He also started throwing up.. Than I knew it was time to go to the Vet. There they had told me that his kidney were shutting down.. I was in shock.. I had felt in my heart it was his Kidney from the very beginning.. I don't know how I knew.But I did.. They kept him in the hospital..Flushed out the toxins in his kidneys and his body.. Came home that Monday.. I was excited to see him bouncing around..He was still weak.. In just a couple of hours that day after coming home from the Vet. He was playing, but not really eating..Still having my hopes up.. Thinking he was just happy to be able to play.. and he would start eating normal again.. He was eating more, but not enough.. and drinking lots of water..Which I thought was a big plus.. But anyway.. After that Tuesday he started going down hill again.. I didn't think he would make it.. But I still had hope.. and I was praying for him the whole time.. It was sad seeing him suffer going down hill more and more each day.. But thew it all he was still being Pete.. That Sunday night on June 3, 2011 he had passed away.. I had prayed to God That he would just go on and take him.. If he wasn't going to get any better..He didn't need to suffer anymore.. It was so heart breaking.. I will miss him so much.. I have lost so many of my beloved furry friends.. I know nothing is suppose to last forever on this earth.. So I am learning to deal with death.. Animals and people, Come into our lives for alittle while.. We love them, and cherish them, while they are here.. And one day, We will see them again, Yes I do believe animals have a purpose too.. Hello. Everyone in blog land.. Woke up to the sound of chickens ready to start their day..:) Some people don't like to be woke up by the sound of a Roster crowing... But I find it peaceful... I find peacefulness being surrounded by Gods Nature.. Cats Meowing, Dogs Barking, Chickens making their happy sounds..(its what I call it..:) Birds flying above me, as they do their daily thing to stay alive.. Looking at the flowers, trees, watching and seeing, and looking for any new life, that might be coming forth out of the ground.. I find excitement in little things like these.. As you may say, I am simple... Yes, I truly am.. I love it so very much.. I love the things that my Father has bless me with..:) Life is truly a blessing..Life in everything.. Is a gift from my father.. And I respect, and appreciate everything that has life in it.. Here I will share with you the things that I love..Hope you enjoy..

Meet the Turkeys,etc......

Hello, Friends.. I have been gone for a while.. I am coming back, out of my hiding place..LOL.. So off of facebook, and back to blogging again.. Life here at my place, has been crazy... Going to and from the Vet, about every two weeks, can get to ya.. Thanks to Mom who helps me out with the babysitting..While I run my animals to see the doctor.. My cat had surgery about a month ago, because of an accident..My husband ran over my poor Six year old Tom cat.. It was like World War three..There was screaming..Alone with the other cats screaming and hissing and fighting each other. Dogs were barking and going after the cat..They just didn't know what had just happened. Tom took off into the woods, me and my sons went chasing after him.. It was war for sure..

But Tom is doing OK now....Took him yesterday to have another X-Ray done on his leg..To see how the healing has come alone..His leg has healed up nicely.. He had to stay over night to have surgery this morning to have the pins removed out of his leg..( So glad) The reason for the pin, was because part of the bone had shattered when it broke.. (Poor Baby) Going back Monday to pick him up.. So Glad he is back to his normal self.. Before the accident he was an outside cat, but now I don't see him going back out..It has left him a little handicapped.. Not so much where he can't use the litter box, or walk around.. Just a little slower on movement. Before I go I want to show some photos of My Turkeys.. I will have a lot of stories to tell about these two.. If you ever had Turkey's you know what I'm talking about..LOL Thanks for stopping by...

Hello, Blog friends...We had a wonderful Saturday of fun, and alot of accomplishment, I would like to share with you some of the things that I am so excited about, And love so much....Mom also got some very much needed things done with the help of my wonderful boys..I am so proud of them,for helping their Mimi..with things that I know had made her so happy.

My husband has been working so hard the last two weekends, on the chicken coop..He's not done with it just yet...But he has gotten so much done already, its looking so cute..Can't wait atill its all finished. Took the chicken outside today. So they could get a taste of the earth..And do what chicken love to do...It was so much fun watching them scratch the ground, and giving themselves a sand bath..I will share with you the coop in progress..Alot more has been done to it already, since I took this picture...I will show the finish project as soon as it's all done, which I can't wait..I guess I'm just as anxious as the chickens..LOL, Ok... here are the photos of what our Saturday was filled with..Thanks for stopping by. Hello Everyone.. I hope your day is turning out well this morning...If not, I pray it will get better.. I am really tired this morning..Took some allergy medicine...which always make makes me sleeping.. Well enough about all that, lets talk about things that are more interesting to talk about, like flowers and things..

Well my azaleas are in full bloom, looking beautiful as ever...I am wanting to put some on the other side of my steps and well soon...I think that would look so pretty.. I also planted some flower bulbs in the flowerbeds, I am thinking now I should have planted them in pots now, because my cats....you know how cats are, and what they love using a flower bed for..I just hope they survive, flowers that is...

Here are my azaleas..Do enjoy.. Well one of them is a different flower..It called a Gerbea Daisey..

My Little Rose Bush..Doing really well this year..last summer I didn't think it would survive. So happy it decided to flourish...

Here are some pictures of some of the cats.. doing what they love best..They also enjoy the Sunshine and the flowers too..Never could understand out of all the places they could lay and relaxs..They like the flowerbeds the best.. I guess I will never understand..LOL

My Son Austin brought in two of the rabbits in the house last Sunday..I told him he could bring in the rabbits every so often to give them a little TLC.. Oh! By the way I had to take Austin to the ER..to have part of his toenail remove..It got infected...But he's doing find..Its sore, but it will get better as time goes by.. Every year I think the Lord i made it though another year..I think we should all thank him for every second, every minute, and every hour of everyday.. Because anything can happen to steal that last breath from us. I thank the Lord for my family and friends..They are the gifts to me, that money can't buy.

Hello..Everyone We had a very busy day..First of all this Morning, me and my sister went and jogged/walked our first 10k.. It was tuff..but we finish it..Woohoo.. Mom came along, so glad she did..it would have not been the same without her and she wouldn't have had the honor to see us finish the race.. Her and the kids spend some time in the park.. When we were done with that, we came home so we could get something to eat, and so I could get me a bath, that I so enjoyed..

When all was said and done..We headed to our church, for the community Easter egg hunt..We had a wonderful turn out..There were over hundred kids there... not counting the adults..I was so excited..

I am so tired..I will probably be heading to bed extra early tonight.. Had a long and busy day..

Hello dear friends...It is about 9:47 p.m. right this very minute..as I am typing away..Just got done with dinner. After dinner we watched Mrs. Potter.. I want you to know, that is one of my favorite movies now..I loved it..if you haven't seen it, you need to watch it.. it had me and hubby, and Mother..laughing, but some parts of the movie I wanted to cry.. I promise there is more laughter in this movie than crying..I will not tell the story..I want you to see it.. One thing I will say, after the movie I found that my home was filled with alot of the little character that was related to Mrs. Potter..LOL

And I would like to share with you my Easter eggs, I have mention earlier in my post..that I was telling you about..Well I have finish painting them. So I would like to share with you, my master piece..

I just love them..I am very happy with them..I am trying to find time in the day to do something that makes me happy..And this indeed made me happy.. Kids don't count in the things I love, because I love my kids know matter what..(It's taking time out doing something for me..(smile)And there is something else that made me smile earlier in the week...My son Austin was walking home from school one day..I didn't know he was going to walk home atill one day I heard the dogs barking..(I thought to myself, it's just some kids walking by the house) I walked to the kitchen window..And I could see my son across the road picking flowers..I thought with a smile..Awwww! He picking some flowers for me.. When I saw he was moving toward the house I back away from the window, I didn't want him to know I was spying..(smile) I pretending I didn't know about his plan to surprise me with flowers..I was expecting him to walk on into the house..instead he knock on the door.. I straighten myself..Didn't want to give away the secret that I already knew..I open the door, his hand was behind him..He told me to close my eyes..He could see I was excited..All he could see was that I knew he had me a surprise..I was excited to know I had flowers waiting for me, behind him.. And than he said surprise.. I was as happy an if I didn't know the secret already..I told him thank you..I know twice..Here they are for you to see.. They are truly beautiful..

Hello..Friends once again.. Today is another beautiful day, about high in the 60's.. I haven't been outside.. I have Jaxon though the week, so it makes it hard to get out and get some fresh air..Oh well.. I have plenty to do here in the house. I started on one of the eggs..I have eight eggs to paint.. I think I will try to make some faces on some of them..Maybe a Rabbit or two..I have some rabbits here to look at, to see how I want it to look..

I would like to share with you a Baby I found at a shop about two weeks ago..She was dirty..Her face had been written one..So I brought her home and cleaned her face the best I could do..My Husband and Mother both, got involved and help to make her look beautiful. I also went to a yardsale last Saturday and picked of a couple of outfit for her.. Enjoy..And have a Bless day..

Hello Spring..I'm so glad to see you again..It makes me want to paint, and clean, and scrub, and make things shine around here..You make the flowers wake from their deep sleep in the ground, there they wait all winter long for this day to spread their beautiful green legs and arms..and their beautiful heads of colors and fragrances in the air..

Yes I'm loving this time of year, but my nose doesn't care much for the pollon that it brings..But I have Meds for that, even though I have to deal with the affects of it.. I have been pulling out more Easter and Spring items to set about my home..taking each one and cleaning them to my desire and satisfaction.. Enjoy each item and much as I do.. God Bless..

Hello, It has been a warm and beautiful..Love it.. Well... I have some projects lined up to do..But I will not start on them today.. I have Jaxon, and I'm not feeling to great today.. I'll try to start on the Easter eggs tomorrow...The end table will have to wait..But I do have in mind how I want it to look..Can't wait to see the finish project.. I have been so busy this week..I feel myself getting sick..Need to slow down..But there is so much I want to do..Me and Mother went to take my two boys to stay with their Daddy. I will miss them, but I know they will have a good time..it has been a while since they have been able to spent any time will there Dad..He has missed so much of their lifes..it makes me happy when they are able to be with him..

Hello..Friends in blog land..I would like to share with you some pictures of my nephew and the newest member of my family.. I now keep Jaxon for my sister and brother in law..My little Nephew is so sweet..He just loves on me..Here I have a picture I took today of him giving me a big hug..He is now five months on..I just love him to pieces..I have several nieces and nephews that I am blessed with.. The Little Yokie's his name is Roscoe..I found him right in the middle of the highway..He was pretty lucky to find me or I might say we found each other..I saved this little rats life..I say rat, because he only weighs 5lbs.. If this little guy got hit..it would have been a sad site to see..Really for me just seeing any animal ran over or seeing one get hit is so heart breaking for me..I am a animal lover and a half..I would just love to take in all the little orphans..

He reminds me of my little Ginger that I loved so much(still do) that I lost almost a year ago.. There is so much that he does that is just like her..His bark, His walk, the things that she liked to do so much, he does the same thing..like burying himself under the covers..Makes me smile..Thank you God for sending this little furry baby to me..Well,I better get off,need to sweep and mop before I go to bed..Night Night..

Hello there...I hope everyone is doing good today. My day has been going well, just a little tired...Been up since early this morning. Sent the kids off to school, and husband off two work as well...I have been busy perparing Dinner for my family tonight..So now it's ready, All I need is for them to come home and eat it. I made Pumpkin Bread muffins and Magic Muffins from Malto meal..They smell so good. Hello Everyone...I have some wonderful Things to share with you...Me and Mother spent nearly a whole day together, we went to pier ones, and some other nice stores and looked around..But,our number one store was the Goodwill..you can find so many nice things there...I left the goodwill a happy woman..LOL I didn't buy any clothes, Didn't say I didn't try any on..After trying them on, I felt to disgusted to buy any...LOL But,I found some things much better than clothes..(I have plenty of clothes anyways) Well,Here they are....Tau dumb!

and the little one was 6.99..The big birdhouse had the

regular prize on it, marked 30.00..I payed less than that for

everything...See way I was so happy....YAY!

I brought the frame for .99 And the picture was just an old calender.. I bought them both for .99 each, I love it, it makes a very nice picture, I think....

Hello..Stopping to say a quick hello...Just thought I would share with you, some photos of our Christmas, and a little of what's been going on around our neck of woods...

Well first of all I am without a job now I have been unemployed sent about December the 18th..I am looking for work..But in the mean time I have been enjoying being at home...I have been spending alot of time on facebook. Seeing what everyone has been up to, and playing facebook games.. that are really addicting....LOL. We had a wonderful Christmas..I hope for the same for you also..Jon has been taking some vacation time, fixing up things around the house here...The boys been running around in the woods and up the road with their new walking talkies, they got for Christmas..Well I better get quiet so I can show you some photos of our Christmas..I wish all a Happy New Year!

Hi, Everyone... I am not good at posting, like I use to be...I feel like I'm running in circle most of the time...I have been spending most of my time at home with the boys and babysitting a little five year old. Fighting with the hot weather, that has been leaving me strained. I will be going back to work Monday...I am so glad...I think going back to work, will make me feel alot better...I went today to open and sit for a hour and a half at the Day Care...waiting for parents to come in and register the children for Day Care...I had three that came in today.. And so while I was there, I feeled so relaxes, and at that moment I knew what my problem is..... why I have been feeling bored and depressed, I was ready to go by to work....I came home feeling revived and ready to do something. So when I got home, after checking my mail and all..I put on some different shoes, and head outside. I did some mowing atill I ran out of gas. I dug up two dead shrubs out of my flowerbed and did lots of weeding.. There is still more to do, but there is lots of improvements already..I feel better anyways. That's all that matters to me...

I would like to show you some pictures of the kittens and big kittens... They are so cute. They are a head ache most of the time. But I love them and all my furry Babies...

Hello Everyone..Hope your day is turning out o.k. Mine is...only thing is, I'm getting tired....I've been on the computer to long, That's one reason why I don't get on that much...Well anyways..Last Saturday,Was a Saturday my boys and Nephew Isaiah will never forget..We went to meet John Waller in person at a local Park..where they were having what they called Christ Fest in the Park..and John Waller was there to perform a Concert for everyone...Free addmission and everything..They just asked for a love affering... We didn't get to stay to here him sing in person...We had to get back in time for me to make it for my sister Baby shower..that's another story. But we were able to get pictures and we bought two of his CD's... Aaron was disappoint at first, because he knew he would miss the Concert..I felt really Bad for him...After photos and a CD..He was happy as you can tell in the pic... Hi... I hope Everyone is staying cool. In these 100 degrees weather we are having.. Our Air condition, is doing all it can to keep us cool, Every so often it were freeze over and we would have to put it on Fan to defrost it, if that's how you want to put it.

I came up with a plan for all of us to do together, to have fun and be cool all at the same time.. We took a trip to the local public pool..off we went, me in my swim shorts...that's right swim shorts, I don't wear a bathing suit..I'm doing good wearing the swim shorts..I was worried there would be alot of people..seeing me parade around in my shorts..Thank good en it was mostly kids there, and it wasn't that crowed..if it wasn't so hot, most likely I would probably just set there and watch the kids swim..The weather as hot as it was..There's no way..I would have died of a heat stroke..LOL... Most importantly I made my kids happy..I know they wouldn't like to see me sitting out of the pool..Aaron said I look fine..and he even told me I look ed pretty..if Aaron said that..than I know I looked o.k....Because Aaron is the type to tell you the truth, on how you look.."I need to tell you what he said..it was so funny.. "Mama I've seen some women who wore bathing suit, that looked ugly..and they wore them anyways.. and this is what I said...So you are saying I look Bad, but not as bad as them..And Aaron saids Yea! O.K. Aaron that makes me feel alot better..LOL The funny things that kids say sometimes...It Just reminds me how innocence they still are...

I took Barkley my Basset Hound to the Vet. he has heart worms, So now he is in the house stuck in the dogie kennel for 30 days..He's out just long enough to go to potty and get a drink of water...poor thing. Because he is getting what they call a short term treatment to get rend of the heart worms..He'll go back to the Vet. and get retested, once the test come back negative he will start taking his heart guard tablet once a month... Now I have kittens also, to batches of them.. A total of seven kittens..What am I to do! LOL Help! One has already got a home once it is big enough. But I still have six more, and two Mama cats that needs to be fixes..FOR GOOD! I called about cost..Well another problem,,EXPENSIVE!

Yesterday "My Boys" Aaron and Austin... Bought me some flowers for Mother Day..

The School was saling flowers and vegetable plants to students and teachers to give for Mother day...They do it every year..I Love it..BECAUSE I GET FLOWERS... They have so much fun buying flowers...for me..They are so over joyed when they percent to me with their bundles..and I'm excited too, because I love flowers. I went and pick them up and brought them home and planted them in my flower Bed..

Austin picked out the vegetable plants and Aaron picked out flowers.. Austin said that we needed a Garden...So we have some tomato plants, zucchini squash and pepper plants too.. Aaron got two snap dragons plants, Begonias, and another one I'm not sure what it is.. But it very pretty...The blooms looks like little roses...Very pretty..

Hello...Everyone...Remember my last post I made..I mention about Pete getting hit by a truck. Well I had to take him to the Vet because he started collecting fluid on the area where his leg
was hit..He is doing fine now, He stayed in the Hospital for four days. We went and picked him up today, we were so happy to see him, I don't know who was the most excited, him or us...He was trying to get in my lap, he was like Mama! Mama! I missed you so much...
He has some stitches and couple of drain tubes..He'll go back next week to have them removed..he has to be confine in his kneel for a week, he can be out just long enough to potty that's it..He is not one bit happy about it either, but we have to follow Doctors orders.

Today was a pleasant day...Even though the wind was blowing extremely hard. We had 13 kids today...Tomorrow we will pro bally have about 15.... Alot of kids you say...We have good kids there is two that are very trying kids. But they are all sweet. When I got home from work, I cooked a big pan of Enchilada, and some Rice to go with it...YUM! I will take some for lunch tomorrow. I need to watch what I eat though, I am putting on alittle bit more weight,... It's all going from the waist down, more in my waist though. Last Friday...I went to the Dollar General Store, and bought me one of those Gnome, for only10.00....He is so cute..I set him upon the bricks that line my flower Bed...That needs for flowers in it....I better get going, need to get to Bed, got to get up early for work...Hope you all have a wonderful Tuesday at Home........while I'm at work rounding up kiddo...Thanks for stopping By....God Bless you all.

I lost a dear friend yesterday, As I write this post, my eyes are filled with tears of sadness. It's just not the same without her near, she was my little shadow...she went everywhere I went...she loved to play the staring game....she showed her love to me, and I did the same to her, we were truly buddies. We went to flea markets together, to yard sales, and to visit my Mother and so on. Whenever I left to go somewhere, I would returned home to a girl, that acted as if she hadn't see me for weeks. She would climb up my legs, carrying on, until I bent over and put her in my arms, and then she will shower me with kisses..I'm going to miss those times with her...I loved her so much.

Of course, I knew this time would come one day...but not now...she should have lived at least another 10 years or so.... she wasn't 5 years old yet. She had a lot more living to do...We never know what tomorrow holds for any of us...We are never promised a new day....None of us...For our animals either..Love them while you can...because you never know when you will lose them...I love all my furry babies...some seem to hurt you more than the other, when they pass on.

I buried Ginger in my flower Bed, so I can have her close...Me and the boys made a tomb stone for her...I have a photo of it, thought you like to see it....

We only have three dogs left, Only one in the house now. I often think about the others... Pete our biggest dog got hit my a truck today, while the Boys were taking them for a walk..he pulled away from Austin, and ran into the road as a truck was passing by..the man that hit him had stopped to see about him..."very surprise" all the ones I 've lost the suspect would just keep going, not very considered at all. Pete is doing o.k. just got a bad sore leg...hard for him to get around though...here are some pictures of him in the house to recuperate..I gave him a nice bath and a clean bed to sleep in...He is getting a lot of TLC..

We losted a dear friend today....Our little Daisy girl, was hit by a car...we were so heart broken...She will be greatly missed by all of us. She was such a sweet little thing. I had just talked to her and loved on her, just minutes before she was killed. We are so glad she didn't suffer like our little Gretchen did. I didn't even realized she was outside, I was in the middle of cooking dinner, and the kids were watching T.V. She was the type of dog that was out the door before you knew it. I was trying to figure out how she had gotten out. When I called mom and told her what had happen, it dawn on me.... that when I sent my "Son" Austin out to give the Rabbits some veggies, that's when she went out the door.

Hello, Dear friends....
I am up tonight on my computer. I needed to get some stuff done on line that I have been putting off for a couple of days now...
One was leaving another post on my blog...So, here I am. I would like to share with you some things that I am doing in the middle of working during the week. Next week the Boys are out for Spring break...I'll get to have two days off next week, Thursday and Friday, Hooray for me! Hope to get some stuff done...Which I know I will...I still think sometimes I'm suppose to have everything done, before I say I got things done....Not so. Life isn't perfect...I keep reminding myself of that daily.

The wind has been blowing like crazy, making it hard to get outside to do anything..it's suppose to rain this weekend, hopefully I can get up early enough and get outside and pull the weeds out of my flowerbeds that I have in my front yard, before the rain starts to ....if not there will be other days.

I am reading a Book...I will also share that with you too. I love to read about the Amish people and how they live...Their life is so simple and they are so dedicated to God and their families...The Books that I read are fiction,but they still have a lot of truth in them how they live and survive...in the Amish country..The author of the books that I read, usually have relatives that are Amish, or they have friends that are Amish...I love to read. I am very simple in heart and spirit.

Hello, Everyone...Stopping By to say hello. I hope everyone Had a Merry Christmas.. Our Christmas was Wonderful, Being with Family and the ones you love on Christmas, is what makes a wonderful Merry Christmas.

I have been staying pretty much Busy, If I'm not busy, I'm usually taking a nap, or watching a Movie with my family, with my Dogs piled up in my lap...and they also love to take naps with me too.

I have been working on a Bar table I have in my kitchen, I took out my table and chairs, and moved in the Bar...the boys love it. I like it alot myself..because with the bar, I have more storage space. when I'm done with I'll take photo of it, "I still love the cottage Look..I'll probably never get tired of it.." I went Saturday night to Wall-mart to buy a pint of paint to do the top, I painted it a blue color, the color is called "Cloudless Sky" I think it very I think it's very pretty.

I think Blue would be consider one of the colors that are used in a Cottage Theme I know their is alot of Flower prints too. I would love to Buy me a real Cottage Home.. Is there really a such thing as a real Home.. Yes I think so.. I can make me a real Cottage Home Right here in my Mobile Home.. You Can do just about anything to whatever. Just set your mind to it... That's all...

Thanksgiving is behind us once again, and now Christmas is just around the corner...So much to do and so little time to get it all done. Well,let the stress Begin..LOL

My week off from work is about to end. I will be returning Monday morning..with a smile on my face, pretending I'm happy as can be..at the same time dreaming of home, of what all I could be doing at that moment..Oh well, life must go on...right.

I would like to share some pictures of my Christmas decorations, I didn't put out a bunch this year. I gave a lot of it away to our Christmas Bazaar, at our church. I'm not into a lot of stuff, The reason being is because I like the simple look... The quote that you all have heard at least once in your life time...Less is more. I like that. Only if I can convince my husband and kids...

The church is a Dept.56...found it at Salvation Army for a great price,still in its box,marked $79.00...I paid $10.00

Hello....So glad to actually have the time to drop a line to say,Hello. I have been doing good, and so is everyone else. Been working and trying to keep everything in order at home... Dirty clothes keep piling up as quick as I put a load on to wash. Haven't mop in about two weeks, LOL.... But,to tell you the truth, to me it doesn't really look that dirty, am I in denial or what? LOL It's funny how things don't really worry you as much as they use to. I do keep the house clean, it's just not spotless...And I let things go a lot more than I normally would....I'm through with trying to get everything done at one time...LOL,not gonna happen,never will. Hello dear friends, Hope all is well? I will be home tomorrow...because the power is out at the Day Care, from the storm we had. So thankful that we have lights. My brother and his family are without lights. They have been staying at my Mothers for now. School is also out tomorrow, So I'll have the boys out in the yard tomorrow cleaning up what the storm left us behind . Here is alittle bit of Fall decorations I fixed today, in my kitchen window. Hopefully the cat will stay out of the window. LOL.

Hi... I am Here !! I have not fallen off the face of the earth,LOL
I am now working full time.
I don't have a whole lot of time on the computer. So,this morning before I head off to work..I decided to leave a post for you all. Thank the Lord for the extra time to send my love to all my friends. I have been busy busy. I am working at a Day Care,and I love it. I'm tired when the day is over.. and then I come home and cook dinner, do dishes and so forth...spend some time with my two boys. Who are a big help to me! They do a lot of the house work for me, and I am very thankful for that.
They will be starting back to school this coming Monday, and they are ready for the big Junior High. I would like to show you some cute pictures I found on the computer...very cute.

Hello, Everyone... Hope you all had a wonderful 4Th of July. I would like to share with you something I wrote from my heart... I hope you enjoy.

The Road in our life's, Sometimes they get bumpy and we hang on to the steering wheel as tight as we can...and we hang on, and we keep hanging on...the road up ahead looks worst than ever, you grip the steering wheel a little tighter...you are praying a little harder...there's no way you can turn around,the sign says one way street! The clouds are darkening, and moving pretty low, there's lighting and claps of thunder moving closer. But,still you're holding steady to the wheel, that is in your hands, and believing at the same time.

Rain is pouring, hail is falling. The view up ahead is gone. Now, doubt and fear has settled in....You have lost control of the wheel... and you're spinning out of control, you're screaming and you're crying. You tell yourself this is it....I will not see another ray of sun light,for this Storm will take me away. Your hands are still hanging on to the steering wheel, Your head is leaning low, You're hanging on for dear life....and doing so with all your might. When all at once, The spinning begins to slow, and the Storm begins to quieten, and you listen closely as it begins to disappear.

You now hear a new sound. Sounds of birds singing. One by one the dark clouds begin to disappear as rays of sun light, brightens into a new day. The road that was once rocky is now smooth and cleared. For these were just a bunch of clay rocks. It took the Storm, that came your way to wash them all away.For you see, sometimes it takes a storm to wash away things that are hard to remove by hand. Sometimes storms makes our road a lot easier to travel.

When we go though a storm. It's always scary,and we never know what might happen. Storms sometimes make a mess of things, and there is always a lot of work to do...rebuilding and reconstructing everything back together, trying hard to get it back to the way it use to be. Getting it back the way it use to be... Is impossible. Storms sometimes make things better than they use to be. Sometimes you will hear people say.. You know we would not have this, if it wasn't for the flood that came our way, or that fire. It will always be the same surroundings, just a whole new out look.

That is the same with us....Sometimes it takes a storm to tear us down, So God can rebuild us into something new and better for our surroundings.
Our surroundings are our friends and families.

Hi, Everyone..Hope everyone is having a wonderful Friday. I am...I am doing better..I have my moments where I feel sad. And than I start thinking about good things. And things that make me happy. God is with me..I am still trusting in him for his will in this trail I am going though, Don't know which way it's going to turn. What ever road I may take I trust it's The will of God. I will totally trust him. I have been praying God you are in control..it's out of my hands. I will not make a move in any directions on my own..So whatever happens. It was his will. And I pray to him that I will be wise enough to know that it's him not me. I am reading a book called the "THE POWER OF A WOMAN'S WORDS." and there is a quote in the book that I thought was really good. The Author is unknown.. hope you enjoy.

Hello everyone.. Hope all are doing well. It has been a while since i made my last post.. Everyday has been a busy one. I am going though a difficult time right now..But it's all in the hands of God. It will work out for his good. I am just taking it one day at a time. I know you are all wondering what the situation is, but I rather not say. It doesn't matter weather we know what our brothers and sisters are carrying. We just need to remember them in our prayers. God knows weather we know or not. We can still pray. I do need your prayers so deeply..and the boys too. I am so bless to know him.. Without him I could not make it. We all need the Lord to run to, when we are hurting. But most importantly we need him all the time, not just when get in a hole that we feel we can't get out of.. He needs us as much as we need him.. Jesus loves to have someone to talk to. Someone that loves to follow him everywhere. It trills his heart. If he didn't desire that from us..he would have not died on that old rugging cross. I am ever so grateful for him. I am his little girl..just like the picture above..when ever I go though a trail..I can always run to him. His arms are out to pick me up to sit me on his knee...and there I can pour my heart out to him, cry endings tears..He'll just tell me everything will be o.k. your Father will take good care of you..Don't you worry..I will not worry. For God is able..

Hello..Everyone..I am having a slow and tiring Monday..I am just dragging myself today. But I will survive. Sunday was a beautiful day. Went to church, We got there late. My Pastor always saids It's better late than never.. After church me and the boys and the rest of the family members went to what i call a fun park.. where their is go cart rides and water bumper boats for the kids to ride too. and there is all kinds of games inside. We celabrated my brothers Brithday..with pizza sodas and cake..Everything was nice...Here are some pictures for you to see what kind of great time they all had. I enjoyed watching the kids play and have a ball.

Hello..Everyone... School is finally out for the boys..they are so glad.

Here I have two Pictures of Aaron and Austin Graduating from Fifth Grade..

One with all the fifth Grader and the other one with Aaron and Austin holding their diploma...I would've had more pictures but my camera decided to die on me. It

always happens to me.. I had the boys posing for me on one of those concrete benches., with their backs to each other.. a perfect picture..and that's when it happen....the camera died...I was sick. Oh! well at least I got one good one.. Hope you all had a good weekend.. We did..I always try to have a good day. I went and bought the kids a slip and slide. So today they went out and played on it..low and behold.. I forgot to put sun screen on the kids... Austin is bad about getting burned real quick.. my poor baby was red as a lobster..He said he will be staying inside all day tomorrow..I said.. I bet you will...Pray that it doesn't blister up..And Austin will also have to retake the Math tak test on July First..Please pray that he will pass it.. So we will probably be doing some math work tomorrow...Have a wonderful and bless day..

Hello dear friends...How is everyone doing...I am fighting with allergies tonight.. Oh! how I just hate them. I wish I didn't have them. The kids are off to bed and my husband is at the dinner table doing paper work. I just finished folding clothes. and I cleaned the kitchen after everyone was done eating their dinner. Swept and moped the floor. Everything is clean atill tomorrow. We all know how that goes...right LOL. I Checked my e-mail..So I decided to leave a post while I have some time. Friday is the last day of school. The boys are having their fifth grade Graduation on Friday too. and they will be getting out early at 1:00... I better be getting ready for along summer. My garden is getting so big and it is so beautiful, Next year I plan on growing two more Squash plants. I am very please how everything is turning out..except for one of my cucumbers, the one I planted in the five gallon bucket is not doing to good. It's because I didn't drill any holes in the bottom of it...the water was unable to drain so it got to much water...I will know next time, want I. I went out and this morning and picked two of my squash. They are getting to crowed on the vines. I pulled off two little tiny ones that were rotten, I think it's because there is to many on their at one time. Hopefully The others will get alot bigger since I pulled the little rotten ones off.

~Look! it's a pickle..I love to can some of my cucumbers..If I get enough of them.

We have some baby Gerbils..I know some of you probably don't like anything that looks like a rat or a mice. But I just think theses are the cutest little things..I have Austin showing you how small and cute they are..Some of the pictures are when they were about two weeks old and the other picture shows them when they are about three weeks old. You can see the big differences in just a week apart they grow pretty fast like the rabbits. I lost two of my Rabbit's do to the heat. I was are heart broken... I have two of the Rabbits in the house...One of them seemed to had a heat stroke, but she is doing alot better..I am so thankful to God for that. I love all my animals..They are just like my children. I go out everyday to clean the rabbit cages..they are always so happy to see me. It doesn't take that long to clean out the cages..if you go out there everyday..And they really do appreciate having a clean cage.

Hello, Friends. I am up late... So I decided to leave a post to say hello... I really don't know where to begin...So much to share with you. Well I guess I can start with the weather...we got alot of rain today. So that means my little garden got a good drink... I went out yesterday and took a look at the Squash and tomatoes and cucumbers... I have little squash starting to form and I have blooms on my tomato plant. Can't wait to share with you my first pick out of the Garden. I also discover some beautiful pink roses on my rose vine...They are called Antique Roses. They are beautiful. I did some laundry today and yesterday too.

Sweep and moped.. Yesterday For Dinner I decided to take out some pork chops out of the freezer...some with and without bones, And I took out two bags of Fresh fish that my brother gave me that he caught at a local lake. I decided to grill them for Dinner outside on my Barbee Q grill. The fish was the best...I would say. Grilled Bass is good. And we also had sweet potato patties with Cinnamon and Pumpkin spice on top Halve of them with marshmallow cream and the other halve without it. Salad and Rice with butter..I like Rice with my fish...And since the Grill was still hot I went ahead and took some hot dogs out of the ice box and threw them on the Grill also. So today for dinner we had left over. Hope your day was a bless one. God bless. Mother's day was great.. And since I didn't get around to post on Mother's Day about my Mother....I would like to do so right now. I Love my Mother very much...she raised me right...she is my best friend..She is someone who I can talk to. I can relate to her and she can relate to me. Hello..So glad you stopped by. My Monday was good. I took it a little easy..Since, last week was a busy one for me. Doing heavy house cleaning and what not. I had a wonderful Saturday.. My brother put on a big fish fry, down at my grandparents place..there was about 29 of us. The fish was good. I love good fried Bass. Bass is my favorite. Yesterday,I decided to take it easy, on Monday. Didn't do a lot of house cleaning..I did do a little laundry,swept,moped,and cooked a wonderful meal and cleaned up the kitchen afterwards. And that was about it! I did do some defleaing on the dogs. We are going to have fleas bad this year again. I will need to go and purchase some flea drops for the dogs and cats. They are so miserable with the flea's biting them. I took a couple of pictures to share with you. I thought you like to see what we had for dinner last night. I thought it was very yummy. Most of the time I cook healthy meals. I use multi-grain pasta instead of regular pasta. Multi-grain it better for you. I try to include dark green veggies with our meals like broccoli, brussels sprouts,and when we have salad I use romain lettuce instead of ice berg lettuce. The dark Green leafy veggies have more vitamins. They do taste a lot better too. I don't fry our food. We eat all our meals baked or broiled on the stove, but we do occasionally have a taste for something really fating, LOL. If We want fried chicken or something in that range..I go buy it. I won't fry it at home it's to messy.
O.K. here is what we had for dinner last night..I'm just talking to much. Sorry.

~Dinner is served...For all our pasta dishes I use ground turkey instead of ground beef,but when I make meat loaf..I use real lean beef. It cost more but you get what you pay for.... right?When you buy lean meat,you get meat not a lot of water and fat.
I better get off here..I have other things to do. Need to figure up all the bills and get really to pay...BILLS! Sound like fun,yea right. I got some Avon orders to put together. I love Avon. Been selling it for a year now. I love it. Better go. TA TA.

Hello, So glad you stopped by to visit. I have been so busy..busy as a bee you might say. Cleaning and organizing Went though my winter clothes. The ones I wanted to keep I packed them away in a storage boxes under my bed, and the ones I decided to do away with.. I gave to charity. I thin things out in my room and the living room. Today and yesterday I took four boxes of stuff to our shop. Now cleaning can be a breeze. To much stuff is not good for me. Me and my husband I are so different. He like to keep everything, and I like to get rid of stuff. He tells me I like to throw things away. I only throw trash away. LOL "smile" Not stuff! OH well.
Today I received my things I bought from countingyourblessings.blogspot.com They are homemade dog bones little pillows....made from old material. I love them. They go well with my dog collection. With my purchase she gave me a cute handmade tag and a little book with verses..that goes well with my little china dolls. I am very pleased with my purchase... I will probably purchases more items later on in the future.

It was either Tuesday or Wednesday the kids were outside feeding and watering the animals before they head off to School on the big yellow school bus..Aaron yelled Mama! Mama come quick. I ran out the door thinking something terrible has happened outside..I was thinking one of the animals was hurt, sick or something. Even worst he saw a snake. I opened the front door. Aaron with big eyes. Said look at this big frog..he's huge. I was relieved. I went outside to see it. I told him to pick it up and take him inside and show Jon..No! he said...o.k. I will than.. I brought it inside. Showed it to Jon..He wasn't to interested. But i was. He was the neatest thing. Big eyes looking at me. He was probably thinking when you get though looking at me..do you mind putting me down. Crazing human. LOL He wanted down sooner...so off he hops across the floor...I was thinking if I don't catch this frog he will be in the house and he want survive long. He's not a bull frog. My son thought he was. He's a big tree frog. And tree frogs are hard to hang on to, because they are slick. Not slimming. Just slick. And they can really hop high. He got away three times. I took him back outside and put him up in the tree in the front yard.. i hope he didn't get eaten by the cats. Here some picture of him in the tree. The picture is a little blurring. Sorry.

Hello, How is Everyone...Hope all is doing well. Hope you all had a wonderful weekend. Saturday me and the boys went into town with mom and dad. Ate lunch together..went bargain hunting..and purchase some new flowers and veggies, for the flower bed. So Saturday evening me and the boys spend some time working on that. I had a time digging around in the dirt. I got on all fours in the flower bed, leveling out the dirt and putting in the veggies and flowers in their new place on this earth. One reason i get on my hands and knees in the flower bed, because I don't hurt as bad in my back and legs. Sunday after church, we all went to see Granny and Grandad. we all sit around in a circle in the front yard visiting one another. It was a beautiful day. The sun was out. Shining so bright. My Grandmother has a beautiful yard. She has roses that are so beautiful. Pink, and oranges one. They have a garden growing in their back yard. My uncle is growing it himself, but Granny and Grandad help him with it. They got beets, onions, tomatoes, Greens. We are planning to grow a big one ourselves. But we haven't started it just yet. My husbands idea. I got a few things growing in the front yard in the flower bed. One squash plant, cucumbers, And a tomato plant. Here are some pictures for you to see for yourself, the work we did Saturday. All the brick I found them on our property. I like to take what I got and use it. That's what they call using going Green, or something like that. LOL recycling. I love it. Some alot of money. And to me it looks more appealing. I was outside this morning, and I was able to get some photo shots of a few carnal. The pictures are not two clear. But they turn out o.k. I guess. I guess I better quit radding on and get off here. Flowers I'm growing from seeds, are looking nice. They are for-get-me-nots and something else I can't remember what they are called.
Another one of my things I made by using what I had. My old mailbox. Painted it white. found the bird at a dollar store for a dollar, and the bird nest I paid a quarter for it at a yard sale.
Rosemary I gotten from my Grandmother. Stuck it into a metal pot with some water. Later on I will put the dirt in it. I love rosemary on chicken. yum.

Hello Everyone.. Today is another beautiful day. Sun is shining so bright... the bees are buzzing and flying in the air. Birds are singing a sweet melody. The dogs are running across the wide open spaces, catching bugs as they try to hop away from the big hairy monsters that's trying to eat them. The breeze is warm and crisp. A beautiful day that's a priceless gift from God above. Days like this when I was a kid I ran bare footed in the Grass...the grass was nice and cool in the shade..I love laying down in the grass..looking up at the big blue sky..trying to make pictures out of the clouds Even now I catch myself looking at the clouds and thinking wouldn't it be nice to sit on one of those big white fluffy clouds. God is so good. He gave us so much to enjoy. That don't cost a dime. Making mud pies..building sand castle at the beach, Counting the stars at night. Making homemade fishing poles and catching bugs for bait, and take a walk down to the big creek... and so much more. Have you ever thought what you can do that don't cost any money out of your pocket. I try to tell my kids that. Well I got one that knows how to find things to do outside. But the other one like to stay inside on the games..I have to push him outside sometimes to play.

Hello, Hope everyone is having a wonderful Monday. I woke up to a cool Morning of 35 degrees..at 6:00 a.m. real nice. Well Saturday was a fun day..Me and mom and a hand full of lady's from our church went on a fields trip. Went to some Antique shops.. and went to eat some down home food, at a Cafe and shop...very interested, The food was yummy... Everything was homemade, Nothing like frozen premade, popped in the microwave kind of food. I bought some flowers to plant in the yard, haven't planted them yet, but will soon. Here are some of the things I found on our field trip.. Brought them home... cleaned up my treasures... set them up in their new home where they are well loved. O.K. lady's here is my new look in the kitchen.. New shelves was purchases from a big Antiques shop..Theses are just regular shelves that somebody did some nice work to them..both only cost me 10.00 for the set. I think they look great in the kitchen. When I bought them, I had no idea where I was going to put them. It didn't dawn on me about the kitchen atill I got home. I had in mind for some different shelves in the kitchen..but they were just to heavy, these are just right. I love them. Here is a closer view of the shelves and my special little nick knack...New shutters for my kitchen window...Only thing I wish they were longer..they don't fit the length of the window..they are to short...but i still like them. Only gave 3.00 a piece for them. 6.00 a set is a bargain. And they were already painted..just the color I wanted. Now that is a bargain.More goodies.. some wraping paper with vintage post cards. Old dogs figrines I just think they are special. And a cottage wooden planter box.

Hi Everyone... My day was a good one. It was hot....feels like I been in a sauna all day..sweating though my clothes. peeU!LOL. Well I forgot to mention about our nice little visit to an Historic homes.. I know you are saying how could she forget that. I have asked myself the same question. LOL It was beautiful. Thank goodies I had my phone or I wouldn't been able to get some pictures. My real camera would been better..But thank God I had the next's best thing. Let me tell you alittle bit about it.
Before the Civil War, a well-to-do Tyler bachelor named Samuel Gallatin Smith built a four bedroom house on a knoll between the rocks and trees of his nine acres. He called it "Bonnie Castle." Before going to war as a Confederate captain. Smith sold the place to F.N. Gary, who in turn conveyed it to Dr. Samuel A. Goodman. Dr. Goodman later later sold the house to his son, Confederate, army surgeon Dr. William J. Goodman, as a home for his new bride Priscilla Gaston Goodman.

Dr. and Mrs. Goodman had three children in the home; Sallie, Will, and Etta. Sallie married married James Le grand and the Goodman house became their home after the passing of her father.

The house was enlarged and remodeled from a single story to a "Texas Colonial" with two stories. In 1926, it was given the Greek Revival facade it has today. Much or the community activity in the early days of Tyler centered around the Goodman home.

Sallie Goodman Le Grand bequeathed the palatial home to the City of Tyler upon her passing in 1939. Today the Goodman-Le Grand house contains the original furnings and belongings of the family.

Hello...To you all. Some of you knew today was my Birthday. I turned 33 years old today. My husband said I'm getting old and described. Yea right! I say. I received this pretty card and these two cute dolls from mom. These dolls are from the 80's. If I remember correctly I think I had some of the dolls when I was a little girl. Their little hands slap together like a clothes pin. I just think they are darling. I went up to visit Mother and Jalyn this morning..well it was more close to noon than morning..had a nice visit. I guess the pollen count was high today, because my noses and eyes gave me problems today....sneezing and blowing. It was so bad it made me feel sickly. I hope tomorrow is a better one. Went to the Doctor everything was good they took some blood from..so they can see how my iron is looking. If it's good I want I've to take anymore iron pills. Yea! Even if it's o.k. He still going to check it again in a few more months. My iron is always being a pain. While I was out I went my and visted my Mother-in-law...yesterday was her birthday. I brought her a pretty cross necklase. She loved it. Everyone at the nurseing home where she is living..just amired her necklace. They told her she was spoiled. She just smile and laugh. She is a sweet lady. WELL I better get going. Hope you all had a wonderful day. God Bless.

Hello.... Today was a peaceful day... Even though it was up in the high 80's. Went out and planted a potted Jasmine in the flower bed. The sun was out and shining so bright, a very beautiful day it was..even though it was in the 80's... the breeze felt nice a cool, which I am thankful for. Well Saturday was a busy day for us...My brother came by and visited awhile, it was nice to have him over.. he doesn't come by that often. My Husband repaired part of the living room floor...where at one time the mobile home had a big air vent in the floor, because I used to have Central air and heat that really didn't do it's job. So it was taken out and where the vent was on the floor we just laid a piece of plywood over it to cover the opening... and it left the floor with Little raise in it over in the corner up against the wall. That's where my dresser is going to be place.. so before the dresser was delivered, my husband got busy fixing the problem..it's looks alot better. He did a good job. And while he was doing that me and the boys got busy cleaning their room... I cleaned the windows, and took out the old air conditioner that was sitting in their bed room window. We never used last summer. Because it was full of black mole.. I try ed to clean it. But it didn't clean up good enough to suit me. We are allergen to black mold... We have a big air conditioner in the living room that's big enough to cool the whole house. And with fan's in the other rooms the cool air can circulate. But one enough to keep clean and plus they will run up your light bill. I haven't use the air condition yet... I will wait atill it gets up in the 90's Just trying to save money.. and will use fan's at night. So enough on that. let's get to the dresser. The dresser was deliver to the house Saturday. My brother and My husband went and pick it up for me...It's was a load to carry. We all know that old furniture are extremity heavy. But they it...I told them thank you and I really appreciated it. Well here is my new dresser.. I love it. It has A lot of storage place. We have all of our movies stored here and ond other little things that make the house look cluttered up. Enjoy the picture. Some of the items that are posted on here... I received as a trade with Mother. It's good to have some one close to you like a Mother when you both have the same interested in things. Trading back and forth with things is fun. The piece of chair that is standing up against the wall and the dresser.. I only gave a dollor for it. I will be keeping my eye open for vintage linens to hang on it.

Help! I'm going crazy.. Mom I want a cell phone..Mom can I do this, can I do that...Can I stay the night with so and so. Please, help God! Is it me or is it my kids...maybe it's both. My boys are only 12 years old... They are acting like big kids...what happen to Mama's little boys? They start first thing when they get off the bus in the evening. They start raiding the icebox..Pulling out this..pulling out that. It's like, When are you ever going to stop? My nerves sometimes can't handle it. Another thing, when it was time to take their bathes.. they both asked.. Me, Mom can we take a shower tonight..we always have to take bathes...We are big enough to take showers without making a mess...were not babies anymore..(the prase I hate, Were not babies anymore.) I thought o.k.,They did do pretty good last time. I told them o.k.,but be sure to keep the shower curtain close, If you don't water will get everywhere. Since the boys room is on the other side of the wall,if water gets in the floor it goes right into their closet. Aaron did good,no water was in the floor.. I was very pleased. I sent Austin in there to bathe.. told him what I told Aaron about the curtain and all. He was o.k. with it and so was I. Everything was going great..I decided to go check the closet make sure everything was o.k. I reach and felt the floor there was a puddle of water..I was so upset I wanted to cry. I went into the bathroom check the curtain and it was as I expected. It was open alittle. I raised my voice..I said Austin you got water in the floor..See.. the floor in the closet has that raffle board so when it gets wet it will crubble.. that's what I told him. I told him that's why I got so upset. And then If it doesn't air out..it will start to stink. We don't have a window in the bathroom nor, do we have a window where their closet is. To top all that, the plumping under the sink came undone. I was like,What's next? It wasn't just the kids that upset me.. it was just one of those days. Those days that I hate,like everything just goes wrong. I try so hard to keep the house clean,I want it to stay that way for awhile...you heard that for awhile. I like it to smell so good, I know it can't... I can wish can I? I just love making improvement..I just don't want to start from square one again..It's like I haven't had the chance to get to this, without having to repent #1over and over and over again. Is that what Mother's do?..Oh... that's what I thought. And when can I ever go on a vacation? Peace come into my mind and soul Lord, Help me and give me strength to do what I have to do. Help me to take one day at a time. I love that song! My Mother has sung that song many..many times in Church. I remember singing it with her when I was about 5 years old. Hello dear friends...Well I'm back long time I know. I just can't seem to be able to blog very much lately. Always have so much to do. Trying to keep the house clean...I am always(seem like constantly) rearranging things in my home....doing something out in the yard. The boys are having their taks exams. (always around this time of year.) Aaron did really well...but it's Austin who I am really concerned about...they had their reading tasks test sometime last week. And he failed it. I was so heart broken for him. He has another try at it on April the 8Th which is my birthday. I told him that would be a wonderful birthday gift to me to pass the taks test. I hope he passes the exam. I pray he does from the bottom of my heart. I purchased an old dresser from a man here in town...the trading post man. The dresser is very pretty and in very good shape. The way it's made and all... it will make a nice piece to put in the living room to store DVDs and etc. There are six drawers in all. The three in the bottom are nice and deep. I haven't got it just yet. I will see about getting someone to deliver it for me Saturday. My living room in unorganised right now..because I'm waiting to bring in my new dresser. I was told the dresser is at lease 50 years old. It's green, but it's that antique country green. As soon As I can I will post a picture of it. I just can't wait to bring it home. I just love decorating. Well today looks as if we have a chance of rain. We had two heavy thunder storms this pass week. I was afraid the bunnies were going to just wash away in their cages. I sure was glad when the storm did finally passed on by. Our store did pretty good last month. I pray for another good month. My Avon is really picking up too. I'll make some money off of it.... Rod iron head board makes a very pretty flower bed.

Hello my dear friends. I just thought I would share with you some pictures that I took...to show you how everything is budding and blooming out so beautifully around here. I also have Pictures of some old and wore out yard ornament that I use for decoration. The old swing is my Mother's.... I just love how it looks in her yard. We only live a limp and a hop away from each other. My Mother is Shelley's Vintage Variety's...those of you who didn't know that by now.....now you know. LOL I have mention in my last post about my kitchen make over. and I had mentioned about putting up some shelves on the wall....Well I hate to break the bad news..I don't think the shelves are going to work, Because since I live in a older mobile home most parts of the walls are hollow not enough studs to hold a shelf. So I don't know what I will be doing for the most part right now about the kitchen wall...behind my kitchen sink. An idea will pop up in my head sooner or later. I do Have an idea about expanding my walkway in the front yard. We have lots and lots of old bricks in my back yard. They are old bricks. Back in the early or mid 30's there was a big oil boom right here in my home town...so right on how property there were several oil wells. So because of that we have concrete stones that I love...and old bricks... love how they look.. they will look really nice using them as part of our walk way.. God Bless each and everyone. Been a while I know. Spring has Findley arrived... and so has our water. You are probably wondering what I mean about the water . Well we have been without water for about three days. Today was the day to get happy again.... I had all I could take trying to live without water. It was o.k. the first day and a half. After that it was time to go crazy...LOL It was a nightmare. Today the water lines was finally fixed...the main man was on vacation...the guys that work for the city of our small town didn't know much about or where alot of the water lines were running under the ground. They haven't been here as long as the main man... the one on vacation... yes on vacation...while we were suffering here without water.. no way to wash dishes...and no way to wash clothes...or take a decent bath. I have been thanking God for our water every since it was turn back on. You never know how special something is.. atill you go without it for a while. Never take for granted for the things that you have. A loved ones...water...for food...or whatever it main be. Thank God for it. Happy Easter to Everyone of my friends out there. Love you all so much...And thanks for you wonderful comments. When I say I love You. I mean it.. You know the bible saids to love one another in the Lord. Don't be afraid to tell someone you love them. Now if you go up to a stranger and tell them you love them...they may look at you like you are crazy or something. You can tell them Jesus loves you. I got me a nice bath tonight..It felt so good. It's alot different than just taking a wash rag and wetting it with a little bit of water and washing up with it. Thank you Lord. Got some clothes washed and cleaned up the kitchen. Bath two of my dogs too. Tomorrow I will bath the other two and clean out the kennel and wash their bedding's. I'm doing a little remodeling in the kitchen. I once had painted black checkered prints on the back side of my kitchen wall behind the faucet and all. I painted over all that with white paint. I'm just going to leave it all white. And I'm going to put up two shelves on each side of my kitchen window at the sink. I went to Hobby Lobby and found me eight rod iron shelf holders "that's what I call them" I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. LOL Anyways they are painted white and made to look distressed....I like them that way. I'm trying my best to type my post where you can understand what I'm talking about. It 1:28 in the morning right now as I type away. So I better get off here and get some sleep. Have a great Sat. Come back and visit anytime. ~My Grandmother when she was about 17 years old.~

Hi, Everyone. Today has been a raining and cold one. A good day to stay inside and do some house work. That I did do. Wash some clothes...did the dishes...I made me some breakfast this morning which I hardly ever do. I had two boiled eggs and two raisin bread. Yum Yum. Bathe one of the dogs. and cleaned the Bath room. Spend some time on the computer...which is hard.... without all of the pooching wanting to get in my lap." O.K. you guys I say... make some room for my lap top." One is growling at the other because she's to close to mom and I've got one crawling in between my arm...it's a sight to see. I don't mine it at all... because once they get settle it's not so bad. Everywhere I go They are right behind me. To the kitchen....to the bath room....to the bed room....they are like hey! let's play follow the leader... and guess who is always the leader...you guess it... me. like I have a choice. Here they are.. while I was in the bath room getting ready to go into town. They just love their mommy. and they are such a joy to my life.
This is Daisy... she was ones my sisters dog. She's a real active dog... that requires alot of TLC. She is a real loving dog. You got to have alot of patience with her...if you don't she acts worst. I found a real nice home for Bessie the big Saint Bernard that I had.. The family that took her in.. fell in love with her right off the bat. They have a baby and two big kids that also fell in love with her. I am so Glad she went to a loving home...and another thing they only have one dog, they will be able to feed her better than I can. I couldn't really afford to feed that big horse..LOL So as soon as I found a home for Bessie, my sister calls me up and ask me if I wanted Daisy...I thought to myself. NO! NO! NO! I try to say no but it didn't work. But I am willing to give her up if I can find the right person for her...because Miss Daisy is a big challenge.

The laundry basket is in the back room the one I use for food pantry... storage and etc. I live in a small mobile home...have to make do with what I have.

~How can you resit those eyes. Those are the eyes that always look at me....when she is begging for my attention.

I went into town today and bought this cottage quilt for my bed. I've had been eyeing this quilt for a time now....I was debating rather or not to purchase it for my room. The first time I saw it at the store they had several of them...went back a week later they were all gone I was so disappointed. That was about a month ago. So today I saw this quilt..... that i thought was history.... the only one left in the whole store. I didn't think twice today. I didn't want to take that chance again of missing out on this beautiful quilt. I am very please with it. It just brighten up the whole room. Well I need to get off here.... Hi Everyone... how is your day. I hope your day is as pretty as mine. We have snow this morning. My husband woke me up this morning. Told me he had something he wanted to show me...hurry he said, come look. I got up bearly able to move...walked myself to the door and there was snow everywhere...pretty as can be. So,I took my camera and took some pictures to show you what our morning was like. It didn't stick in to many places....but that's o.k. watching it fall was nice enough for me. But,the after effects is always nasty...that is the part of the snow I do not like. I hope you enjoy the pictures.

Days like this I just want to just stay in and stay under the covers...,but I wasn't that lucky. Had to run to the bank, pay a bill...how fun is that? Got to see my little nephew today... had to steal me a hug and kiss from him. Every time I see him I just want to eat him up...he's just as sweet as can be.

The snow was fun to watch even though it didn't last long. A big gift from God to brighten our day...Oh! how wonderful God his to send us this wonderful gift down from heaven, to put a smile on our faces. God is good isn't he?

Anyway she had built a small snowman. It was cute. It was I guess maybe 14 inch high. When I saw it I had to smile. You know, God is good. You don't need money or a lot of it to enjoy life. You know the very best things in life are free. Those are the things you can receive from God. Like eternal life. My true happiness is in him. My rewards are in heaven. Hi, Everyone... A week has passed already since my last post. So much has went on since then. My Doctor's appointment... new things I have purchased...new member of the family. One reason why I haven't posted is because when I do have time to.. I just don't feel like doing anything but resting after I have been taking care of the things that need to be done, and still after that there is more to be done...,but we know it never ends. I hope I made some sense out of what I just said LOL. Well, on with my post for today.... Last week I went for my Doctor's appointment...they manage to get me in before April the second. I was happy... Mother went with me and my youngest niece Jalyn. They diagnose me with Fibromyalgia. The doctor gave me some real strong medicine for me to take when I'm in pain...I take it at night because it makes me sleepy. Now my nights are better and so are my mornings. Those of you who have this same problem know what I'm talking about, the pain you have with this condition.

~My Bye-lo Baby...Isn't she beautiful.~

Tuesday was a big day for Me and Mother.... we took a trip to my Aunt Barbara's house. On our way there, we made some stops to some of our favorite stores and shops..that were along the way. I purchased a bye-lo baby... those of you that have ever seen one you know how beautiful they are...here I have a photo of the one I bought. Thanks to Mother she loan me the money to get her. Thank You Mother. Also I brought home this cute little Dog that my Aunt gave to me...to me she is cute. She is a Poodle Pom...half poodle and half pom. I named her Gracie. She was very shy when I first got her.. she never knew...as far as I know what it was like to ride in a car. On our way home she was nervous...She would every now an than look out the window, and then duck back down. She couldn't figure out what she was in... and all the noise... and the things that were going by.. on the outside of the car window... with people in them. After a day or two.. you can't tell that she has ever been scared of riding in the car... she loves it now. And she thinks she's the ruler in the house. Ginger and Gretchen can't figure out who she thinks she is.. coming into their home trying to boss them around..LOL. She is getting better. I would like to share with you some of my things I bought last week... when me and Mother went Bargain hunting...out favorite thing to do.

Well it's Monday again. I Haven done any of my house work yet. And it's 10:47 A.M. I need to get busy. I've got alot of dusting to do. Clean the Rabbit cages, Do laundry, Vaccum, Sweep and mop. And more I know. If I can just get though things I have listed done...I'll be doing o.k. I had some stuff that needed to be done on my computer first. Sometimes that takes a while. I am feeling pretty good today so far... I guess you can say this is one of my good days. My husband got up this Morning feeling bad.. told me he wasn't feeling well... I told him it was Monday again that's why he wasn't feeling well. I gave him a kiss and a big hug with a big smile to go with it. I think it made him feel alittle better. Hi Everyone how are doing. I hope fine. I'm doing o.k. I guess. I have not been feeling well lately. I've had trouble with my hands and wrist this passed week. I've had.... seem like constants pain in them. Even through the night, took pain pills didn't seem to work. I went for my Doctors appointment this morning... A arthritis Doctor. I was almost to where I needed to be and they called me on my cell phone.. told me they needed to reset my appointment. That's Great. I was disappointed. I was ready to find out what is going on. Now I'll have to wait atill April 2, What a let down. On top of all that my husband took off from work. And where I have to go for my Doctor's appointment is a hour away... and we have to pay 3.50 a gallon for Diesel to go into our Jeep. Oh well life goes on. I Have not been doing heavy house cleaning in awhile. Just alittle here and there. Been keeping laundry washed and dishes cleaned. And the carpet the best I can. Don't feel like doing to much when your hands are always in pain. Typing on the computer.. is not helping it any. LOL Last night the phone wouldn't work.. so my husband called the phone company's... they came out today and fixed it. Thank God. The Rabbit are all big now... most of them anyways. I need to find home for some of them. I have some body that wants to buy four of them for is wife and kids. But he hasn't been by yet. The food Gets expenses. The Picture I have above is a real old doll that I have. I believe she is from the 20's. She have a voice box's... at one time she probably cried or something. I wish it worked. She needs alot of work done to her. But the may thing, her face is beautiful. I don't leave her out.. I keep her packed away, for safety reason. I don't have a perfect place for her. My Valentine from Mother Dearest. This cute cute, poodle dog and a cute card with a sucker. Thank You Mom. You are the greatest!

For Valentines Day I gave the boys their little gift from me,and for the whole family... I cooked this nice big juicy pork picnic ham... the ones with the big bone in the middle of it. Cooked it in my big electric roasting pan. As you can see it fell apart.. that's when you know it's good and tender. And tender it was. I also cut up some cabbage to go with it... I had a few potatoes so I decided to throw those in there with it. I don't hardly ever go by a recipe. This is what you call a Irish meal, right here. Cabbage and ham! I grew up eating alot of cabbage and potatoes also Cornbeef and cabbage. Yum! I have a Little Irish cook book and you wouldn't believe what one of the recipes is.... cornbeef and cabbage and another one is Potato soup. Like I said, I grew up eating that kind of food. I'm over half Irish and part Indian. Makes me feel a little special.

Here is my new and improved side table that I use as a end table in the living room. Don't you just think it's lovely... I think so! Here is the before picture of it when it was a ugly brown. HEW!

I know I am so behind on my blogging. So much has been going on everyday! I am now working three days a week... four hours a day. Sitting with an elderly lady... she is 98 years old. She was born and raised in our home town.. you know she can tell some story's. I love to here them.

These are some of my most favorite, pieces.... the poodles. The big one I purchase off of ebay. It came all the way from London.

Below in this picture is a vintage Mirror piece that I placed in the corner. Straped a vintage dollie over the Center top. I just love how it turned out.

And below the mirror I placed my old sewing Basket, and placed a dollie on top, and than my Bouquet that my Mother made me for my wedding, that I ran off and forgot it and left it at home so I didn't get to hold it in my wedding. Sorry Mother, she was so disappointed and so was I.

Here is a close up, of my wreath that is handing above my night table. I just love how the little cuteings look sitting in the wreath.

I didn't have in mine of ordering anything. I just thought I would thumb though it. I came across this very cute and lovely Ceder Chest. The prize wasn't to bad. The good thing about it, I can pay it out in payments. That was a big plus. And I have always wanted a Ceder chest to store Blankets, And extra sheets and etc. I will be putting it in my Bed Room. Hi, Everyone. Finally I get to sit long enough to leave another post. I have been busy with house and kids and hubby. But extra busy taking care of bunny's........ Bunny's everywhere. LOL Ask my Mother from Shelley's Vintage Variety's. I was out today cleaning Rabbit cages. And discover another batch of Bunnies. NO------OOOOO. I don't need anymore. They are so cute, but so much work. I don't mind the work, it's trying to make room for them. I want it to end, when will it end..I say.... when will it end. LOL Every time I think this is it, more pop up from out of nowhere. More like hop out of nowhere. Tomorrow I'm going to my sister's in the morning to be there for the repair man, to fixes her dishwasher. She has to be at work and she can't miss work tomorrow, because she taking off next week for something else. I guess that is how the story goes. Where I better get going. Hi, How is everyone doing today. I hope you can say my day is wonderful. Right at this moment here in my home it is nice a peaceful. Jon is gone to work, and the kids are in school. But later on this afternoon my home will be alive with the kids busy telling me story's that went on at school. Shuffle though books, paper and etc. getting their homework done. And than feeding the dogs their evening meal, and giving them fresh water. The dogs also come alive as soon as they see the school bus. They are all so excited to see them, because they know it's feeding time. It looks as if we got some dark clouds here, I don't know if we are expected rain or not. Maybe it's just clouding today. I guess will just have to wait and see. Where I live you can see alot of stars in the sky at night. We don't have city lights getting in the way of the beauty of God creation.

Well I said I would share with you the hard work I did Saturday in the back room. That we use as a storage and pantry. Here is the new clean and organize room. I will later be putting the storage boxes in the big storage shed outside. Because Jon is adding on the back of it to storage the Rabbit feed and the bicycles, and all the yard tools, and etc. We will use the biggest part of the storage for seasonal decorations and all his tools and what every we see the needs to go in there. Because I need all the space I can get.

Hi, Everyone. I hope everyone had a Happy New Year. On New years Eve it was just me and my Mother -in - law. My husband was gone with a friend, and the kids went to a lock in. It was a little depressing for me not having my kids and husband here to ring in the New Year together. But me and my Mother -in - law had a great time together, We talked and drank coco, and ate fruit cake. Well the Baby Rabbit's are doing great, they are now eating and drinking on their own. Today was a very pretty day in the 70's. So we took mama and the baby's outside in the Rabbit cage. They loved it. It was the baby's first time to be outside. We had another batch of new Baby bunnies that were born a week ago today. She had four. They all died but one. The Mother refuge to care for them. So they had to depend on me to give them a chance. I have to make the Mother feed the Baby. And when she is though she goes back outside into her cage. By the way my brother gave me a nice Rabbit cage. And his two Rabbits. "Two adults." The Male rabbit he gave me died today, It was so sad. My son found him dead. I believe he was old. When we set up the Rabbit cages we put our two male rabbits in the same cage with him and they started fighting. So I'm pretty sure that's what happen. I did everything I knew to do for him. I even took him out and put him in another cage by himself. Here are some picture of some things that I have bought. I love the lazy Susan pink and black set. I got it for 10.00 at the goodwill, in perfect condition. I know it's from the 50's. I have been working on getting thinks organize in our spare room that we use for a storage and a pantry. I was able to put my husbands clothes in the extra closet. Our closet in our room was just to small for both of us. Everything looks so much better. I didn't even get to do what I wanted to do today. Far as dusting and vacuuming the floors, and so on and so on. If you know what that means. LOL I guess I better get going. I need to go and get my Mother - in- law. She has already called and wanted to know what time I was going to be there. I'll try and get on and make another post Monday. and show the new improved storage and pantry room. Hi, Everyone. I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas. I know I had a wonderful Christmas. We all went to Mother's. There was eighteen all together. Food was spread out on the table, Different desserts to choose from. If you wanted to. LOL. I was sick with a bad case of allergy's that made my throat hurt and left me with a headache. When I went home I went straight to bed. And got up later when my head ache was goes, I looked like I was dead. My face was so swelled. It was a sight to see. But think God that is over. The kids had a good Christmas, Me and Jon brought them a cameo comforter and sheets for their bed. I spends 3 hours in there yesterday. We CLEANED went though everything. Now as you can see the room is so nice. Everything is dusted, the floor was vacuumed. Only thing I hope it stayed that away. I better get going. I got things to do. Thanks for stopping by. Hi, Everyone. I can't believe Christmas is almost here. I got all my Christmas shopping done, but I got a few more presents to wrap. We went to My Husband's Dad's yesterday, Didn't get home at ill 12:00 in the morning. I didn't get up in time for church this morning, It really disappointed me. I will never stay out that late again on a Saturday night, knowing I have church the next's morning. I would like to share with you a movie that me and my husband watched, It's such a great movie. I cryed like a baby. If you haven't seen it. You need to.

Cute little handmade kitten, and Rabbit, The little pillow I already had. I think the three looks cute together. I also purchase the Bunny in the background, It will be going outside on my tea cart later. I am very pleased with all my wonderful treasures. Oh! I did purchase a hard plastic Shelf, that I will place in the back room. One day soon, probably after the first of the year, I'm going to organize my back room. I will laminate most of the storage boxes. I want to be able see what all I got. I have things that I use in the kitchen that I have back in the room, because I don't have any extra room in the kitchen area. The back room is going to be more of a pantry for everything. When it's all said and done I will show you all my finished work. I would like to show you how big the Baby's have gotten. They look like Rabbits instead of rats now.

I just love this little Nativity seen. I just told my Mother days before that I wanted A white Nativity, Went yesterday and saw this one, and I thought to myself, there is my Nativity. I showed it to Mother, she smiled and said "ask and you shall receive". This has happened to me many of times in my life. When ever I see something I like, God always sends it to me. The Bible does say he will give us the desire of our hearts. Some things will be exactly what we wanted and had asked God for, and others will be what we need, but it want be what we had in mind. For example you ask for a car, but you tell the Lord you want a BMW, You probably want get a BMW, but he will provide you with transportation. So if God provides you with what you need, be thankful.

All the little ornaments and snowmen, I got them all for about .25 a piece. I didn't get a close enough picture of them so you can see them. You might be able to see them better if you click on the picture. I hope you are able to. They are just so cute and Darin. They look as if someone have might have made them, don't really know for sure.

This cute little guy I found him at Fred's for only 4.00 I just love it dearly. So sweet looking.
